Pompey boss Harry Redknapp has conceded that a move for Shaun Wright-Phillips, because of financial considerations,
Portsmouth do not have the funds to bring in Chelsea's flying winger and Redknapp has resigned himself to the fact that he will not be arriving at Fratton Park.
"If I could go and buy a good right winger now, I would do," Redknapp told The News.
"If I had the money, I would buy Shaun Wright-Phillips.
"But that's out of the question now, I haven't got that sort of money."
